Berlin/Halle an der Saale/Halle-Neustadt, Germany 2004
Multiplan vertieft Ansätzen aus dem Projekt "Kolorado-Neustadt". das Feld im Zentrum des WK III = Wohngebiet am Tulpenbrunnen wurde vertiefend untersucht. Im Bereich Tulpenbrunnen geht es insbesondere um die Vernetzung der Akteure. Potentiale für Synergien der geplanten Einzelmaßnahmen werden offengelegt. In prozessorientierter Arbeitsweise untersuchen wir Wege der Teil-Implementierung der städtebaulichen Diversifizierungsstrategie. Wir arbeiten mit den mitteln perspektiven beschreibender Bilder und künstlerisch-perfomativer Intervention. Wir verknüpfen planerische Ansätze und Partizipative Entwicklungsstrategien.

The “Kioskisation” team visited four Eastern European cities to look into the kiosk situation in the microrayon. The results are kiosk trail maps, kiosk collectors’ microrayon, a manual on how to start a kiosk, a documentary film (all in four languages) and a transportable kiosk cinema.
Berlin, Germany 2004
We flooded the Palast der Republik and invited the residents of Berlin to shape a republican environment for themselves and to design facades for a water city. Rubber dinghies were the only mode of transport. Anyone could get involved in designing the image of the city in a role-play that simulated the ongoing debate on architecture and urban planning. The façade academy and its topclass lecturers, the parliament, the façade workshop and the red light district all provided options to choose from.
